While having your coffee, you will be surrounded by abundant and bright windows. You will have a view of the lake and the mountains.

- It is possible to leave the chalet to go on the numerous ATV and snowmobile trails.

You are a few kilometers from the Pointe-fine marina. You can spend the day at Pointe-Fine beach in Saint-Michel-des-Saints. Large sandy beach, clear water, hard bottom in fine sand. Superb for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding.

It is possible to go hiking in the Sept-Chutes regional park. Why not go to the village of Saint-Zénon. From the belvedere at the back of the church, you can contemplate the Nymphs flow and see the wonderful panoramic arrangements.

There are also several places to rent snowmobiles and boats. Several outfitters nearby

To make a reservation request: you must be at least 25 years old. No animals are allowed on the premises.

Reservation policy:

• 50% of the rental cost is required when booking. The total rental balance, as well as a security deposit of $600.00, is payable 7 days prior to the start date of the stay.
• When the reservation is made less than 7 days before the start date of the stay, full payment, as well as the security deposit of $600.00 are required.
• The Lessor will accept payments by bank transfer
• The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure
• Cleaning fees and taxes are not included

Cancellation policy:

• Any cancellation must be made by written notice addressed to the Lessor.
• If the cancellation notice is received less than 14 days before the start date of the stay, the 50% deposit will be retained by the Lessor as damages.
• If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start date of the stay, the Renter will be required to pay the entire rental amount, except the security deposit which will be returned.
• If the cancellation is made after the start date of the stay, the Renter will be required to pay the entire rental amount, except the security deposit for breakage and damage which will be returned.
