Description
Fully equipped and Scandinavian style chalet perched on the mountain La Réserve, with views and access to Lake Ouareau. Holds dock rights. All activities are at your disposal. The chalet will allow you to access less than 100 meters walk to the many trails of the Reserve. The trails of the St-Donat sector or Mont Tremblant Park are also easily accessible.
The forest is available everywhere: in summer hiking, mountain biking on 4 wheels and in winter, alpine skying, snowshoes, crampons, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling or fatbike. Located 800 meters from Lake Ouareau, a golden sandy beach awaits you. For experienced alpine skiers, La Réserve and its double diamonds are right next door. For the multi-purpose, Mont Garceau, which is a 15-minute drive away.
After the sports days, you will have the luxury of a chalet with a very fenestrated and complete kitchen opening onto a living room and a 3-season veranda with mosquito net, furnished and with extra heating or you can have your aperitifs and barbecue in an experience of immersion in nature.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms (including one in the mezzanine), 2 bathrooms, a ground floor where there are games, sauna, bar area and sofa bed to accommodate the visit. Ideal for 2 families. Located 4 km from downtown St-Donat, the cottage also provides quick access to services, restaurants, and cultural activities.
