MINIMUM AGE
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and be present for the entire duration of the stay.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be made in writing to the landlord (by e-mail).
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 10% of the total amount of the reservation as damages.
Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date will result in the loss of the reservation deposit (50% of the total amount of the reservation) as damages.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival at the chalet will result in the loss of all sums paid to date (100% of the total amount of the reservation). Seul le dépôt de sécurité pour bris et dommage sera remboursé aux locataires.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of $750 for breakage and damage of any kind is required and payable 5 days before the start of your stay. An amount will be deducted from this deposit in the following cases:
- failure to comply with the number of persons specified in the booking staying on the premises
- breakage or theft
- misuse of the spa
- non-compliance with the rules mentioned in this agreement
Additional cleaning charges will also be deducted from the security deposit if the spaces used are not in the same condition as when the tenants arrived. If the inspection of the premises and the inventory of goods prove satisfactory, the security deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Please allow a maximum of 5 days after departure and/or inspection.
NON-SMOKING
Chalet Joli Cerf is a non-smoking establishment.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival time: from 4:00 pm
Departure time: 3:00 p.m.
Early arrivals and late departures must be approved by the landlord. Early arrivals may be possible, subject to chalet availability, at a cost of $25. Please respect departure time: a fee of $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time (deduction of the security deposit), unless a written agreement has been made in advance with the landlord.
ANIMALS
Pets are not permitted at Chalet Joli Cerf. A fee of $250 will be charged if the presence of animals is confirmed during your stay.
