Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet, to preserve this peaceful and welcoming space for all our guests.

Specific rates
- Minimum 30 years old and 1 piece of ID are required for rental
- No pets / non-smoking
- Prices shown are for 6 people.
- Children aged 2 and under do not pay
- Supplement of $25/person/night.
- Cleaning fee of $220 per stay.
- Christmas weeks from Dec 20 to 29, 2024: $5200/week
- New Year's Day weeks from Dec 30, 2024 to Jan 6, 2025: $5200/week
- Construction holidays: $425/night, 3 nights min.
- Labor Day weekend: $425/night, 3 nights min
- Saint John's Day weekend: $425/night, 3 nights min
- Canada Day weekend: $425/night, 3 nights min
- Thanksgiving weekend: $425/night, 3 nights min

Payment policy
- 1st installment: When the contract is signed. 50% of the amount.
- 2nd payment: 30 days before your arrival, the rest (50% of the amount).
- A Refundable security deposit of $1000 must be made 48 hours before your arrival and returned 5 working days after departure.
Cancellation Policy
- 31 days or more before the stay: free of charge.
- Between the 30th and 15th days before the stay: 50% of the reservation amount
- 14 days or less before the stay: No refund
Taxes:
- Taxes are to be added to the amounts
- Federal and provincial taxes (14.975%) not included.
- Accommodation taxes of 3.5% extra.
IMPORTANT:
Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times (no “parties”).
Exceeding the maximum number of guests (12) will result in automatic expulsion of the group without any compensation.
Arrival time: 5:00 p.m. ; Departure time: 11:00 a.m.
Please note that it is important to remain calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in the event of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nighttime noise.
