Beautiful wooden chalet located in Chertsey, just an hour from Montreal. Bucolic setting and directly on Lake Lise. Warm atmosphere favored by the large windows overlooking the lake, the living room and open kitchen, the smell of wood that covers all the walls, the fireplace, and the large gallery with a spa, where it is good to relax.
The huge lot is intimate, you feel the sun all day and it is surrounded by trees, directly on the lake without motorboats, with its private dock and kayaks. In short, the peace to get away from everyday life. You can also admire the lake with your morning coffee, from the large outdoor terrace or simply in the comfort of the cottage. Seven guest will be comfortable in the three bedrooms, one of which is on the loft with breathtaking views of the lake. The first floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
For fans, the area also offers many activities to discover nature. 16 KM of private trails reserved for residents, allow you to admire the Ouareau River and the surrounding nature. A sandy beach is accessible directly on Lake Lise for swimming with children (1 minute walk or kayak ride), the Moncalm Ski Center is only 10 minutes away, the Rawdon Source Spa and Nordic Bath is 20 minutes away. The adventurous will be happy to know that the ATV and snowmobile trails are also nearby, without the noise of the chalet.
Inside, everything you need is provided, bring only your food and your consumptions. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, etc ... The dishes are also there (pots, cutlery, fondue dish), two coffee pots (regular and Keurig) and the large table in a warm kitchen, perfect for dinner with family or friends. You also have an outdoor propane BBQ, to cook in the natural environment. Bedding is included, towels, toilet paper, washer and dryer, etc. The living room has comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace (firewood is provided, possibility to buy more), as well as WIFI, Netflix, DVD player. Perfect for the rainy days or simply to relax after a beautiful day outdoors. Many chairs are provided outside, on the dock, the gallery, as well as around the fire.

The cottage is non smoker inside and in the spa section, but it is possible to smoke on the patio and the ground. We allow animals by special permission (no cats, because of allergys), the tenant is responsible of extra cleaning fees, picking up the duty, and of course damage to the property.
50% of the amount is due at reservation, 50% 14 days before the stay. We have to charge the CITQ (Québec accomodation tax) and TPS/TVQ. A safety deposit of 500$ is due 14 days before arrival by Interac, it is refunded in total or in part maximum 3 days after you leave, after the inspection of the cottage.
The arrival is at 5 PM, and the departure at 11 AM, to allow the cleaning service to do a good job, especially this year.
