Chalet on 2 floors of contemporary style at the edge of the water located in Chertsey in Lanaudière at approx.: 60 minutes from Montreal.
3 bedrooms (3 queen beds) + 1 QUEEN sofa bed without spring with quality mattress in the basement.

Enjoy the sunny and intimate front terrace with its bench seat and a patio set.

DEPARTURE:

• Return the keys to the same place when you leave.
• **The tenant is required to return the chalet in the state in which he found it and to return the furniture, accessories, toys, etc. where they were on arrival. (if not respected, additional costs could be charged) * A (checkout list) is available to help you and avoid misunderstandings
• IMPORTANT to respect the agreed departure time. *Fees may apply.
• Put waste and recycling in the containers provided for this purpose near the path when you leave.

RESERVATION

- Reservation deposit: a 50% deposit NON REFUNDABLE is payable by e-Interac transfer (free of charge) upon signing the contract to guarantee your dates (non-refundable deposit). - A refundable security deposit of $800 will be required 7 days before the arrival date. This amount will be returned within 24/48 hours of your departure, if no damage is found and if the chalet is returned in the same condition as on arrival;

- Final payment: the final balance including the security deposit is payable by e-Interac transfer (free of charge) 7 days before your arrival in order to finalize the reservation.
