Taxes for the published rates: Taxes extra
- Low season: $250/night from Sunday to Thursday, $420/night from Friday to Sunday.
- High season and holidays: between $380 and $580/night. Minimum reservation of 3 nights during holidays and festivities.
- Rate for 6 people, an additional $50 per additional person per night.
- Cleaning fee: $160
- 5% lodging tax, TPS and TVH

Short term (31 days or less)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cancellation of a reservation incurs the following charges:
- A 100% refund will be granted for cancellations more than 30 days before the stay. A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations 15 days or more before the stay.
- Reservation deposit: A reservation deposit representing 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking. Once your deposit is authorized, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice with your reference number. The balance of your invoice is due 14 days before your arrival date. A pre-authorized security deposit is required 14 days before arrival.
**IMPORTANT**:
- Reservations are not allowed for individuals under 25 years old, proof may be required.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM and Check-out: 11:00 AM. Rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
