This spacious and magnificent modern chalet can accommodate up to 8 adults and children over 2 years old, as well as babies.

This idyllic residence offers you a perfect balance between contemporary comfort and the serenity of nature.

Nestled in the heart of a wooded area, this haven of peace has a terrace with an intimate spa, BBQ and outdoor furniture for moments of ultimate and convivial relaxation. Its very well equipped kitchen with pantry will allow you to prepare delicious meals, as well as share good times

In addition, for total relaxation, a hammock is installed outside. You can rest peacefully, lulled by the breeze, in harmony with the nature that surrounds you. It's a perfect place to read a good book, take a nap or simply take in the scenery.

The open-concept interior offering a breathtaking panoramic view is lit by the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace, creating an unrivaled ambiance. Plus enjoy an outdoor fireplace all year round.

But that's not all. The chalet offers a unique asset with privileged access to Lake Beaulac. This crystalline lake becomes a place of refreshment and rejuvenation. You can swim in its clear waters, fish, canoe and other water activities or simply lounge by the lake, listening to the gentle lapping of the waves on the shore. The connection with nature is complete, allowing you to fully enjoy the benefits of water and nature.

In all seasons, many activities are available in the chalet and the surrounding area: Cross-country skiing, Alpine skiing, snowshoeing, sliding, SPA la source in Rawdon or Golf at l'Etérel; dog sledding, Dorwin Falls, numerous restaurants and grocery stores in Rawdon and Chertsey, activities in Abraska, mountain biking, hiking, mountain biking, pedal boats, canoeing, kayaking, etc. Many ski resorts nearby including Montcalm skiing 10 minutes away, Ski la Reserve, Val St-Côme.

Housing

The garden level has a heated floor. There you will find a living room and a television, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 flashlight, books and games for children, heated floor.

On the ground floor (upper floor) you will find: the main living room with central fireplace, a television and DVD player, the master bedroom with playpen, a protective barrier for stairs for babies, the kitchen, the bathroom dining room, laundry room, 1 bathroom, 1 flashlight and other games.

• Arrival is after 5 p.m. and departure is before 11 a.m.
• The chalet is strictly non-smoking inside.
• No parties are permitted.
• No noise or music *after 10 p.m.
• Respect at all times for the neighborhood and the tranquility. of the place. Day & evening & night.
• No fireworks.
• Safe and calm environment: outdoor surveillance camera, first aid kit, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher.

• Supplement of $25/person/night, for person over 2 years old (No charge for babies under 2 years old).
• Cleaning fee of $200 per stay.

• Christmas weeks from December 22 to 30, 2023: $4500/week. $650/night, 3 nights min.
• New Year's Day weeks from Dec 31, 2023 to Jan 6, 2024: $4500/week. $650/night, 3 nights min.
• Valentine's Day period: $400/night, 2 nights min
• Spring break: $420/night, 3 nights min. $2600/week. For 6 people
• National Patriots Day weekend: $500/night, 3 nights min for 6 people
• Construction Vacation: $600/night, 3 nights min for 6 people
• Labor Day weekend: $500/night, 3 nights min for 6 people

Payment policy

• 1st payment: Upon signing the contract. 50% of the amount.
• 2nd payment: 30 days before your arrival, the rest (50% of the amount).
• Refundable security deposit of $1000 must be paid 48h befor your arrival and returned in full 5 working days after departure if no damage is noted and if the chalet is returned to suitable condition.

Cancellation policy

• 31 days or more before your stay: free of charge.
• Between the 30th and 15th days before the stay: 50% of the reservation amount
• 14 days and less before the stay: No refund

Taxes

• Taxes must be added to the amounts
• Federal and provincial taxes extra (15% GST/QST)
• Accommodation taxes of 3.5% extra.

IMPORTANT:

Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times (no “parties”).

Exceeding the maximum number of guests (8) will result in automatic expulsion of the group without any compensation.

Please note that it is important to remain calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in the event of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nocturnal noise.
