Gas fireplace on the ground floor and heated floor on the garden level have been designed to ensure your comfort.

This property with three private bedrooms and a sofa bed on the garden level living room can accommodate up to 7 people.

1. Arrival before 5:00 p.m. and departure by 11:00 a.m.
2. Payment terms:
   has. 25% payable at the signing of the rental agreement.
   b. 50% payable when taking possession
   vs. A 25% deposit is required when taking possession of the chalet. This will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the chalet within 15 days.
3. The chalet comfortably accommodates 4 people and is rented for a maximum of 6 people.
4. The tenant is responsible for all people occupying the chalet.
5. The chalet is fully equipped and functional. Is included in the rental: all the necessary appliances, washer-dryer, television, internet, radio and all the equipment necessary for cooking. Bedding and towels are included.
6. There is no reimbursement for malfunctioning or non-availability of equipment, including but not limited to TV, Starlink internet, radio, washer-dryer and appliances. If a problem occurs, please notify us as soon as possible and we will fix it as soon as possible.
7. The owner reserves the right to access the property at reasonable hours, for the purpose of inspection, maintenance, rental visit or otherwise.
8. When renting, your personal effects, including but not limited to bicycles, skis, snowboards and others are not insured. You are responsible for having rental liability insurance that covers all your personal belongings that you leave in the chalet during your stay. The owner is in no way responsible for the tenant's personal items.
9. During your stay, you are responsible for:
   has. The cleanliness of the premises and the housekeeping.
   b. Take out trash and recycling.
10. Any missing, broken or damaged item will be charged at fair value.
11. The owner reserves the right to charge an additional amount if the chalet is left in a state that requires major cleaning or repairs after the end of the rental.
12. Snow removal from the parking lot is included but you are responsible for removing snow from your door entrance and the steps.
13. Before leaving, make sure that:

    b. The doors and windows are locked.

14. It is forbidden to sublet or lend the chalet.
15. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the chalet
16. Any transgression of one of these regulations will cause the immediate expulsion of the tenant and all the occupants of the chalet, without notice or any compensation or reimbursement.
