Description
Located directly by the sea in Percé (Cap d'Espoir), our house L'Écho de la Mer offers breathtaking views and direct access to the sea! Come visit our beautiful Gaspésie and enjoy several outdoor activities.
Our house has been completely renovated inside in 2020 and offers you several amenities. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people. Here is a description of the house:
Ground floor:
- Full bathroom: with bath-shower, plenty of towels and washcloths;
- Bedrooms (4): 3 of them have a queen bed and the smallest bedroom has 2 single bunk beds. All linens are provided;
- Living room: loveseat and simple armchairs (2) with 60in smart television. Several board games are also available. 12 ft patio door giving you a splendid view of the sea!;
- Dining room: table that can easily seat 8 guests and from which you can also see the splendid view;
- Kitchen: stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, raclette pan, fondue pan, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the crockery needed to serve 8 people.
Basement:
- Full bathroom: corner shower, plenty of towels and washcloths;
- Washer and dryer: you must bring your own laundry soap.
Outside:
- Table and chairs on the back porch for 6 people;
- BBQ (propane provided);
- Dedicated place to make a fire on the edge of the sea (you must provide your wood) where there are 6 Adirondak chairs;
- Land of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. giving you direct access to the sea: bring your kayaks, your paddle boards and your fishing rods, etc!
- Dogs are allowed at L'Écho de la Mer. They must be kept on the grounds and you must pick up their excrement. You will be responsible for any damage caused by them inside and out.
