Terms and conditionsBooking conditions and preliminary payments:
- When confirming your reservation, a payment representing 20% of the total amount of your stay will be requested by bank transfer.
- The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card 30 days before your arrival date.
- A security deposit will also be held on your credit card one day before your arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: For any cancellation made more than 30 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 20% of the total amount of the stay will be withheld. In the event of cancellation within 0 to 29 days prior to arrival, a penalty equivalent to 75% of the total amount of the stay will be applied.
- Day of arrival and departure: Access to the hostel is possible from 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and we cannot authorize early arrivals. Any problem or anomaly must be reported upon arrival. On your departure day, you must leave before 11:00 a.m.
- Tenant Rules and Responsibilities: Upon your arrival, it is necessary to inspect the premises and immediately notify the owner of any apparent damage or breakage. The tenant is responsible for all material damage occurring during his stay. The tenant is also responsible for security inside and outside the hostel and accepts all related consequences.
- Rules of Conduct: The tenant must respect reasonable rules of conduct, avoid disturbing neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level. The Inn can only be occupied by the number of people specified in the reservation. The chalet is strictly non-smoking. Minimum age: The minimum age to book a chalet managed by Chalets Confort can vary between 21 and 28 years old.
