Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1) One queen bed. This bedroom is a loft with a sofa and eating area. Dedicated bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2) One queen bed. Dedicated bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3) Two single beds. This room has an infrared sauna. It could also be converted into a treatment room, since a foldable massage table is available. Dedicated bathroom with shower.
Downstairs there is the kitchen, living room, dining room area (open concept). And a spacious, bright office room; perfect for teleworkers. (Can be turned into an additional bedroom. An inflatable mattress is available.)
There is also an additional bathroom downstairs, with a bathtub.
There are two entrances, one of which is spacious with a coat closet.
There is also an additional tiny house outside, with a double bed and single bed. The tiny house has electricity, heating and an ethernet connection. But no running water or toilet.
Amenities include central vacuum, full-house water filtration system (serving all faucets including the showers), infrared sauna, indoor woodstove, outdoor fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped (instant pot, juicers, blenders, coffee grinder, coffee maker), although it does not have a dishwasher or a microwave.
Big, snow-plowed parking area that can easily fit five cars. Very easy on-off route 112 and route 10. No need for a four-wheel drive. Electrical charging station.
Wifi, as well as possibility to disable wifi and function with cable internet only. There is no TV, although a big screen with DVD player. There is also a sound system with speakers.
A small wood shed outside could also serve to put skis and other winter sports equipment.
The house is located on half an acre of land overlooking the southern Eastern Townships. It is flanked by a quaint municipal forest of several acres with walking trails. St-Matthews Cultural Centre is also right around the corner, as is a family farm offering fresh eggs. And of course, the downhill ski trails from Bromont and Orford are close by, as are cross-country, snow-shoeing and hiking trails.

The rent includes high-speed internet, snow plowing, electricity and firewood. (The snow plowing service covers only the drive way and parking area; not the walk ways directly around the house).
The rent does include the cleaning fee, although guests are asked to do a very rudimentary clean-up.
BOOKING
A non-refundable rental guarantee deposit equivalent to 20% of the cost of the rental is required at the time of booking. The balance of the rent is payable 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay.
When booking less than 30 days before the start date, full payment is required.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date:
In the case of a cancellation made less than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival, a credit of 25% of the total value of the reservation will be applied to the total price of the reservation already paid.
More than (30) days before the arrival date:
In the case of a cancellation made more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the non-refundable rental guarantee deposit will be kept.
In addition to the rent, a security deposit of $700 will be required with final payment. Refundable up to 7 days after your departure, subject to verification of broken, lost or damaged items above and beyond normal wear and tear.
