Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $500 is payable upon reservation.
Cleaning Fee:
A $200 cleaning fee is payable.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days before the start of the stay, without penalty (100% refund).
If a reservation is cancelled between 7 and 13 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the rental cost is refunded.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the customer is not entitled to any refund.
Arrival and Departure Times:
Arrivals are after 5:00 P.M. and departures must be before 11:00 A.M.
Minimum Stay for Certains Periods:
Holidays (December 21, 2023 to January 7, 2024): 4 nights
Spring Break (February 26 to March 16, 2024): 7 nights
