There are 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine that can accommodate up to 10 people. there are 2 full bathrooms. Indoor and outdoor parking. Seen on the Memphremagog with gas fireplace. Access to an exterieur pool with a little beach!!
Activities:
- summer: swimming pool on site, barbecue, mountain bike, paddle board, mini beach, kayak, golf 5 minutes by car.
- Winter: skiing (ski lift at the foot of the condo), fatbike, cross-country skiing, snowbording.
Location for 1 month minimum. Posibility to rent for a week in low season.
