Description
This charming waterfront chalet is situated on Lac-des-Monts, nestled in the heart of the Chaîne-des-Lacs and at the foot of Mount-Orford National Park (Lac Fraser entrance). The chalet offers a bright, peaceful, and private safe haven, making it an ideal getaway spot for couples, families, and friends. It is conveniently located just a 1h20 drive from Champlain bridge and only 15 minutes from Magog.

The exterior space of the chalet provides access to four connecting lakes and a river, with equipment available, including 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 2 stand-up paddle boards, 1 rowboat, and a child-sized kayas. The terrace is equipped for gatherings, with a BBQ, patio table, swing, and lounger, and there is a picnic table in the yard and a second-floor balcony off the master bedroom. A bonfire area is set up with comfortable Adirondack chairs. The chalet is calm, peaceful, and private, with only one neighbor, and parking is available for up to 5 cars.
Inside, the 1500 sq ft chalet offers wifi with fast and reliable fibre internet. The oversized windows provide a beautiful view of the lake, and the main floor has an open concept with cedar walls and beams, a spiral staircase, and a wood-burning fireplace, adding to the chalet's charm and character. The renovated kitchen has a farmhouse style with an island seating for 3 and amenities that include a dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The renovated bathroom has a shower tub, and towels are provided. The living room has a smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Disney+, Spotify) and Bell (CNN, HGTV, Food Network). The finished basement has a workspace, a second television, and a sectional sofa bed that converts to a bigger than California king-size bed (88.5'' x 76'') and a foosball table. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor, with the master bedroom having a private balcony, a king-size bed, and a daybed (73.5'' x 29''). The other rooms have a queen bed and a double bed, with all bedrooms having a ceiling fan. Bedsheets and other bed linens are provided, and there is a washer and dryer and a second fridge in the basement. The chalet is also pet-friendly, and we welcome inquiries regarding this.
