At the time of booking, the tenant must make an Interac transfer of a deposit equivalent to [50%] of the Total Cost. The reservation will be confirmed at the time the receipt of the deposit is received.
For any reservation made less than 7 days before the date of occupancy, the Lessor will receive the entire "Total Cost" by Interact transfer by the Renter at the time of booking. The reservation will be confirmed when the receipt of the Total Cost has been received and completed.
At the same time as the final payment, the Lessor will add an amount of [$ 700.00] to the rental cost as a security deposit. This security deposit may be used to compensate the Lessor for any damage caused by the Renter to the Leased Premises. This security deposit will be refunded at the latest [four (4) days] after the end of the stay.
One week before the date of occupancy, the Tenant must pay the balance of the " Total Cost " by Interac transfer.
