Taxes for the published rates: Without taxes
A 30% deposit is required for rental.
Final payment is made 14 days before the rental date.
- A security deposit of $2500 is required for the rental. The deposit will be refunded after the stay if there is no damage to the chalet.
- If a cancellation notice is received more than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, the 30% deposit will be retained by the landlord as damages.
- If cancellation is made thirty (30) days or less before the start date of the stay, no refund will be made.
- Be aged 25 and over to rent a chalet. At least 1 adult aged 21 and over must be on site at all times during the stay.
- PETS are not allowed in the chalet.
- SMOKING is prohibited inside the chalet and naturally do not leave any traces outside, e.g. cigarette butts. A fee of $500 will be charged if this notice is not respected.
- The tenant is required to notify the landlord of any breakage or damage AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.
- The tenant is required to respect the maximum number of people.
- Arrival (5:00 p.m.) and departure (11:00 a.m.) times must be respected by the tenant.
- Sanitary paper provided for the start of the stay, cleaning products provided for the duration of the stay and personal hygiene products are not provided.
- Towels and bedding provided (pillows, sheets, etc.)
- Electric heating included and air conditioning included.
- Firewood provided.
- Propane for BBQ provided.
- JACUZZI: When you leave, the water must be suitable for swimming as it was when you arrived. Shower required. An additional fee of $150 may be required if this is not the case.
- The tenant undertakes to leave the chalet at the end of his rental period, in the same condition as when he arrived. The tenant will be held responsible for any damage or breakage caused during his stay caused by himself and/or his guests. If applicable, the tenant will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property and this invoice will be paid with the deposit.
- VARIED PARTIES, EXCESSIVE NOISE, MUSIC, ETC. : Possibility of fine, expulsion and/or ban on access to the site/chalet without reimbursement.
- CURFEW AT 10 P.M.: A complaint that requires compensation to the complainant will be at your expense. Outdoor music is prohibited at all times.
- FIREWORKS and/or FLYING LANTERNS (sky lanterns) PROHIBITED in all circumstances. Penalty systematically applicable. Possibility of eviction without reimbursement.
- Outdoor CAMPFIRES possible depending on the danger index issued by SOPFEU. Use only outdoor fireplaces intended for this purpose. Excessive fire prohibited. Penalty systematically applicable if non-compliance with the fire index issued by SOPFEU.
