Rare & magical location offering a panoramic view from each room! Tranquility assured, beautiful decor and atmosphere, the house literally overlooks Lake Lovering, giving the impression of living on board a boat. Three bedrooms including a master suite, open living area with cathedral ceiling and magnificent panorama, heated floors, air conditioning, garage for storage of nautical equipment, aluminum and cedar dock, outdoor living room with fireplace, and indoor electric fireplace.

15 minutes from bustling downtown Magog & all the attractions of the Magog-Orford region, Lake Lovering is one of the largest navigable lakes in the Eastern Townships. This body of water, more than 6 km long, is appreciated in all seasons for the multitude of activities that can be practiced there. There is also a boat descent nearby.

No pets, non-smokers only.

With Lake Memphremagog and Lake Lovering as a backdrop, the city of Magog enjoys an exceptional location that has earned its reputation as a sought-after tourist destination.

Attractions to discover

Magog vibrates in all seasons with a multitude of cultural, sporting and gastronomic activities and events. Parc de la Baie-de-Magog is a must with its trails, beaches and boarding dock. La Maison Merry is a place to reglect on the history of the area and stands in the heart of the city to welcome visitors. The town center is home to the famous Old Bell Tower, to shops, art galleries and numerous terraces and restaurants.

For more tranquility, the trails of the Marais de la Rivière aux Cerises allow the discovery of unspoiled nature and two vineyards, the Cep d'Argent and the Vignoble Chemin de la Rivière, tickle the taste buds. The Auberge McGowan restaurant is near the chalet, as well as the Georgeville wharf and general store.

Events not to be missed

Among the events, the Fête des Vendanges Magog-Orford and the TriMemphré which attract crowds. In winter, sliding sports can be enjoyed at Mont-Orford National Park, at Mont-Orford and Owl's Head ski resort, or on the frozen skating trail on the shore of Lake Memphremagog, as well as snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
