Cancelation:
If the cancellation is made
- Less than 30 days before the first day of rental, the deposit is kept
- 30 days or more before the first day of rental, no fees and deposit will be returned.
Payment:
- The first month must be paid 7 days before the first day of rental
- Other months must be paid on the 1st of the month
Final cleaning fee is included in the rental price.
