Terms and Conditions
A valid credit card is valid at the time of reservation. Lodging taxes (3.5%), GST and QST are not included.
As agreed upon booking, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be collected on your credit card 7 days prior to arrival to secure your reservation. The day of your arrival, we will send you an email confirming the number of your unit as well as the numeric code allowing you direct access. If it is not possible for you to access to your emails the day of your arrival, please call us and we will be happy to give you information about your unit.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations occurring more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival: full refund.
Cancellations occurring 7 days prior to the arrival date* : we keep 100% of the total amount of the stay.
No Shows :
Guests who do not show up to their condo during the period they have booked will not be reimbursed.
