We are delighted to present to you our magnificent rental house located on the banks of the Yamaska River. It is a remarkable property with a view of Mount Oak in a wooded location with a trail 100m away for hiking, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Our house is available for monthly rental with priority for seasonal rental (ski season; December to April). On the upper floor there are two bedrooms; a third is located in the basement. The large master bedroom contains a large walk-in closet and a large King bed with a brand new and very comfortable mattress. The second bedroom also contains a new double mattress and a large wardrobe. The propane fireplace in the living room adds to its warm appearance. You will also find in the living room a new television and space to relax with family or friends.
The basement is very spacious and furnished with plenty of room to play and relax. There is a family area, a ping-pong table, a television, a hammock chair, games for children, and storage space. The third bedroom is located in the basement and contains two single beds.
An exterior shed with locking keypad and a storage room in the basement allow you to store ski, fat bike and snowboard equipment safely. The yard can easily accommodate 4 parking spaces.
Bordered by the river on 1.4 acres of land, a large patio for après-ski rest and outdoor fire space on the river's edge. It is a true haven of peace in nature, close to the ski resort and the city of Bromont. The house is 5 minutes from the village of Bromont, its restaurants and art galleries and about ten minutes from the Bromont ski mountain and the Balnéa Spa.
All the appliances are brand new. The house is fully equipped: dishes and cutlery, bedding, towels, television, washer/dryer, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and unlimited high-speed Fiber Bell Wifi. All that's missing is you and your suitcases.
Rental is offered for a minimum period of one month (32 days) or for the season (December to March or April depending). A security deposit of $1000 is required at the start of the rental and is refundable at the end of the rental. For month-to-month rentals, the full amount is required upon reservation and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. For seasonal rentals, 25% of the amount is required upon reservation, the remainder payable in equal amounts at the start of each rented month. The house cannot be sublet. Good citizenship regarding noise is desirable and strict after 11 p.m. The house is non-smoking, animals are not allowed.
Electricity, internet and propane as well as snow removal from the yard are included.
