Rental for a minimum of one month
Summer season: $1500/month (May to October)
Winter season $1800/month (November to April)
A deposit of 30% is requested to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable upon taking possession.
A security deposit for breakage and damage other than normal wear and tear of $500 is required.
in the form of a bank transfer, payable upon taking possession. If no damage has been
caused, it will be returned at the end of the rental

- 50% refund 30 days before check-in
