Waterfront cottage. PET FRIENDLY Soothing place, directly on the edge of Lake Selby with a magnificent view of Mount There are 3 closed bedrooms + a queen inflatable mattress. Having 2 floors, a full bathroom and a powder room. Magnificent large dock. A few boats are at your disposal. 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks.
Why choose Dunham and the Eastern Townships; largely because there aren't many insects in the summer and you can still be outside without being eaten by mosquitoes, unlike in the North and Lanaudière.
Selby Lake; Lake Selby has dimensions of 0.8 kilometers by 2 kilometers, or an area of 1.6 square kilometers. Clean, swimmable lake, right for motorboating. Boat descent near the chalet. Many people paddle, kayak, fish and many have pontoons, it's really peaceful and respectful. You can walk around the lake at the end, there is a very beautiful path in the forest.
Activity; the wine route, go tasting in a few vineyards and discover good Quebec products. Cross-country skiing and skating on the lake. Mont Sutton 20 minutes away Discover the village of Dunham: Microbrasserie Dunham is a welcoming place for those who like to discover beers. The Bodega restaurant is a must for its tapas. Also in neighboring villages like Frelighsburg there are antique shops and small boutiques and bars on the creek side. +++

Please note that some animals are accepted, please describe them to me and/or send me photos. For a reservation following a discussion I request a deposit of 25% and the balance must be paid the day before the rental. If I can I will be there when you arrive otherwise there is a key box. A security deposit of $700 will be refundable after verification of the premises. No excessive parties or excessive noise will be tolerated, and the number of occupants must be respected because these are the city's requirements, thank you for your cooperation.
