Superb 4 bedroom house with wood fireplace. 11 kilometers from the Massif du Sud ski resort. An outdoor spa for 4 people, private snowshoe trail. A BBQ and an outdoor space to make a fire. Wood is available on site.

Traveler access: You have access to the entire house and the outdoor grounds with mountain trails!

Other points to note: Ideal home for working from home; the wifi is very powerful! The TV is very well equipped, a range of stations at your disposal (Netflix etc.)

The village of Saint-Paul-de-Montminy, located at the foot of the Grande Coulée mountain, has something to appeal to lovers of nature and outdoor activities. The Appalachian Regional Park's network of 120 km of hiking trails is within reach of hikers. The walker wishing to climb the mountain will take the 17 km “Orignaux” trail and will cross around ten bridges in order to appreciate the presence of the flowing stream. A 30 km cycle route also offers breathtaking panoramic views of the region and the Appalachians. In the heart of the village, the properties decorated with attics which have retained the character of the time of its foundation stand out. A rejuvenating village to explore where physical activity and relaxation go hand in hand. Outdoor activities can be practiced there both in summer and winter.
