We are happy to share with you our little corner of happiness which is for us the "birth of a dream".

Bright comfortable condo on the south shore of the St-Laurent. At the foot of the Appalachians and where the fresh and salt waters of the river estuary meet. Come and recharge your batteries to the rhythm of the tides and to natural shows on a giant screen.

Meditate while watching the sunset which surprises all the time. Observe the different varieties of birds, take walks on the shore or simply read a good book. 

The condo has a closed bedroom with a queen size bed, an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a private patio. Easy to get to for people who don't like stairs. A bed - Sleep Chest type retractable mattress, washer, dryer, dishwasher, WI-Fi, television with are at your disposal

Landscapes vary with the seasons. Come and discover the migration of the great Arctic snow geese and attend their shows. In spring, from the beginning of April to mid-May, May or in the fall of the beginning of October and November.

During the high season from May 14, 2021 to October 17, 2021 and from December 20, 2021 to January 3, 20222, The minimum stay is 3 nights. Pricing is based on double occupancy.

During the low season we accept stays of 2 nights minimum double occupancy.

Additional fees in any season

Additional charges for each additional person of $ 30 per day and $ 5 per day per animal. These fees will be added to the base amount plus applicable taxes.

Cancellation policy:

The 50% deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to occupancy date. However, an administrative fee of $ 75 will be levied. If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days before the occupancy date, and we are able to rebook the same period, we will refund your deposit, less the $ 75 administrative fee. Otherwise, the deposit can be transferred for a later rental * or refunded at 50%. If the cancellation reaches us less than 7 days before the arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. There is no refund if you cancel, in part or in full, during your stay
