Chalet located on the shores of Lake Aylmer, this new construction 2023 residence offers tranquility and comfort. Located on a 68,000 sq. ft. wooded lot, at the end of a private road, you will have the tranquility you desire.

It has abundant windows overlooking nature with a spa opening onto the door on the garden level. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a family room with pool table, television and a table with board game. It also has an electric fireplace in the living room, a heat pump on the ground floor and radiant floors in the basement for your comfort.

A dock will be at your disposal for your boat and we have 1 kayak and 1 paddle board offered for use during your stay.

Note that access to the lake is in the wild so you will need water shoes to get there.
