This property located on the shore of Lake Aylmer in Beaulac-Garthby, will charm you for sure.
Located in a very quiet area, facing the sunset, you will have a beautiful view in the distance of the Municipality of Beaulac-Garthby. Abundant fenestration as well as terraces on three sides of the house will allow you to follow the sunshine or benefit from a refreshing shade according to your wishes.
Outside: propane BBQ (propane provided), 6-seater Jacuzzi under a gazebo with mosquito nets directly on the terrace facing the lake. Outdoor fire place (wood in limited quantity), wharf long enough to allow you to fish from it (safe for young people), 2 kayaks, 1 pedal boat, 1 14-foot rowboat with oars on lift will entertain you. Flotation belts (4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) are provided. The edge of the water descends quietly for swimming. Ideal area for walking and cycling off busy roads.
Inside, the open concept space with a 23-foot cathedral ceiling offers a feeling of relaxation for sure. The chalet has 3 bedrooms in total, 2 of which are located upstairs with the first of the 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a semi-firm mattress as well as a single bed if you have a young child with you. A corner for teleworking is also fitted out to allow you to work away from the noise. A large wardrobe can accommodate your personal effects.
The second upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with authentic firm Tempur mattress. A large wardrobe completes it.
On the ground floor, the third bedroom also has a Queen bed with an authentic firm Tempur mattress and a wardrobe.
The living room contains a magnificent propane fireplace that will provide good warmth on cold evenings. (depending on October to April). A 52-inch smart television connected to high-speed internet is installed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pantry, toaster, microwave, coffee makers (Filter, Keurig and Nespresso Vertuo). 2 fondues, 1 raclette, juice extractor, electric wok. A bench seat with morning sun is a lovely spot for lunch.

Non-smoking and pet-free chalet.
The parking lot of the chalet only is equipped with a surveillance camera to ensure compliance with the number of guests authorized in the contract. Failure to respect this number will result in expulsion without further notice.
