4 person maximum, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
Description
This little gem is a warm and comfortable European style cottage.
The property is located directly on the river bank and has private access to the rocks. You have a front row seat to observe whales, belugas, seals and all the surrounding nature!
Tranquility guaranteed.
It is also an excellent place for hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling.
The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed in the living room*.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedding, towels, wifi as well as firewood for the wood stove are included!
In the summer we provide a BBQ for meals on the terrace.
Observation of whales that come to feed within 50 feet of the shore (facing the cottage).
Dogs are welcome. Only one dog per stay! 75$ fees
Enjoy your stay and have a good rest!
*We recommend that you bring a sleep mask if you plan to sleep in the living room and are sensitive to morning light.

- Deposit for booking: 50% (non-refundable)
- The remaining balance of your invoice is due 7 days before the date of your arrival.
- 550$ security deposit refundable 5 days after departure and is due the day before the date of your arrival.
