Located on the picturesque site of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, our villa is a haven of rest in the middle of lush nature, a stone's throw from the highest mountain east of the Rockies, Le Massif de Charlevoix, a ski resort renowned skiing and mountain biking. Very well equipped with an infinite SPA and a 4-season aromatic sauna in addition to a 3-season container swimming pool.
As a couple, with family or friends, come and taste the pleasures of Charlevoix in the comfort of Om̐ du Massif.
Large 3 bedroom chalet on 3 floors.
One bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed.
Plenty of storage space for your luggage is available in each room.
Outdoor storage for skis is at your disposal as well as a large entrance hall to store your clothes and accessories.
Storage (mini garage) is also at your disposal to store your bikes.
4 pairs of winter snowshoes are at your disposal (2 adults and 2 children)
1 inflatable SUP is also at your disposal if you wish to go to the Baie St-Paul beach and go down the Gouffre river.
There is a downstairs bathroom with washer and dryer and a shower with a garden level powder room.
Very well equipped full kitchen.
Indoor and outdoor wood fireplace (wood provided). Games room on the garden level with 8' climbing wall, pool table and ping-pong table.
We didn't install a TV screen by choice. We wanted a place that allowed you to step away from the now ubiquitous screens and allow you to reconnect with nature and the people all around.
However, a smart cinema screen allowing you to project your TV shows or films from your personal accounts such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc. is installed on the Garden Level.
You also have access to a relaxation room with hammock chairs on the garden level adjacent to the therapeutic dry sauna with direct access to the outside if you wish to try the hot - cold cycle with natural elements (snow!)
There are also outdoor hammocks (2) at the exit of the sauna to relax.
Two large terraces are accessible:
- Covered terrace on the garden level with outdoor dining table and wood pellet barbecue, sofa and access to the swimming lane (container pool) and the 4-season infinite spa.
- Terrace on the 2nd floor with panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River and the starry sky!
A work area on the mezzanine has been set up. The wifi works very well and allows teleworking but is located in an open space, with a view of the river.
The chalet is equipped with 2 speakers to which you can connect via Bluetooth.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is available from 5 p.m. and guests are kindly requested to vacate the premises before 11 a.m. Should the departure time not be adhered to, a fee of $100 may be deducted from the security deposit.osit.
If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact us 48 hours before your arrival to check availability. If the calendar allows it, we will be happy to offer you an early arrival or a late departure at no additional cost.
