Accommodation of the house is for 6 people. Pets not allowed. No noise, music, parties after 10 p.m. are tolerated
Upon reservation, 25% of the monthly rate is payable and non-refundable if a cancellation request is made befor 40 days of the month reserved.
For Reservation Cancellation 2 months notice for monthly or seasonal rental. A 15% refund is granted.
You take the places clean and disinfected. The owner keeps Right of access to the accommodation at all times in case of emergency, check the condition of the accommodation being rented with 24 hour notice and an inspection 1 day before departure, maintenance not acceptable cleaning fee of $150 due. Any deterioration, breakage of furniture and furnishings subject to complaint. Deposit of $500 due for breakage, deterioration, additional cleaning for uncleanliness. Refundable if conditions are met, satisfactory.
