Magnificent villa perched on the cliff of the village of cap-à-l'aigle (la malbaie) offering an incredible skyline over the river, the bay of la malbaie and pointe-au-pic. A unique architecture typical of charlevoix. Perched on the balconies, you will feel the salt air of the river and be lulled to the sounds of the tides. Superb terrace following the sun, abundant light and boats are on the menu. Its interior is a turnkey, fully equipped and very comfortable.
It is located 400 feet from the village road, away from the noise of route 138 and the site gives access to the river by a path.
Only the 1st unit is available for rental. 1200 sq. Ft., 2 bedrooms with queen bed.
The 2nd floor remains closed and unoccupied.
Cap-à-l'Aigle has been a favorite enchanting vacation spot since the 18th century. Being a historic place, it has been named a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Taking a walk (on the sidewalks) also means discovering the riverside properties and their atmosphere.
Let yourself be seduced by the 1001 activities that Charlevoix offers...Mont Grands Fonds, the Charlevoix Casino, the Hautes Gorges park, the Tadoussac whale watching excursions, the Domaine Forget concerts, the golf courses, the art galleries etc.
For a couple's getaway, a meeting with friends or family, Cap sur Mer is unique.
