This chalet is a luxury four season vacation rental within minutes of the highly sought after destination of Le Massif de Charlevoix, in Quebec, CANADA.
The chalet is our expression of what luxury chalet in Quebec should embody. It is an expansive 5500 sq. ft., 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom + studio (continued) 6th bedroom and 5th bathroom vacation home with magnificent vaulted ceilings accented by contemporary timber beams.
This chalet has an open concept floor plan with expansive south-facing windows that offer bright, vivid sightlines of the natural beauty of the surrounding mountain forest. We feel a chalet in Quebec should be in harmony with nature, and blend into the regional landscape. Therefore, this chalet decor is dominated by earthy tones, with hardwood floors, slate tiles and granite counters bringing out beautiful hues of blues and browns. It is nestled amongst the diverse trees of the local boreal forest, with multiple decks and an outdoor covered porch area with a spa, allowing for year-long soaking after a long day of play while exploring the Charlevoix region.
This chalet is uniquely designed to meet your vacation and weekend housing needs. This chaet and studio offers 5 bedrooms (2 kings, 3 queens, 2 sofa beds) with two spacious great rooms, each with cozy fireplaces. A large dining room with table for 14 complements the gourmet kitchen. The Studio is a true Master Bedroom in every sense. It is a unique getaway that provides adults a more private retreat, well equipped with a king bed, full living room (1 sofa bed), ensuite bathroom, wet bar (fridge, sink) and private deck.
This chalet offers ample parking and heated storage space for all your ski and snowboard equipment, along with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury vacation home
The signatory of the contract must be 30 YEARS OLD and over.

- The reservation is confirmed only when a down payment equivalent to 50% of the total rental fee is received and when the rental contract is signed. The balance of the payment is due thirty (30) days before the first day of rental.
- If the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the first day of rental, payment must be made in full.
- NSF checks and / or non-payment of rent (not released funds or check (s) not received (s)) result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and any monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interests.
- The rental contract must be signed by the tenant and returned to the lessor within 5 working days of being received along with the sums established in the clause CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT, or the contract will be null and void without further notice from the lessor.
- Online payment (Visa-Master-Card).
- A minimum pre-authorize $1000 will be charged on credit card, the day of your arrival, as a deposit on the unit. If broken, uncleanliness in the unit or if the regulations are not respected, the security deposit, full or partial, can be retained without notice. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be released after verification of the unit bythe maintenance department.
