Reservation terms
- Deposit of 50% of the total reservation requested in order to confirm the reservation. The balance of payment including a security deposit of $250 must be received 30 days before arrival
- 100% of the amount is requested when booking less than 30 days before arrival
- A security deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 days of departure. Normal wear and accidental breakage of low value will not be invoiced.
Cancellation conditions
- Full refund of amounts paid for cancellations made at least 31 days before arrival.
- If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount is refunded up to 15 days before arrival; no refund after this period
