WE OFFER THIS MAGNIFICENT RESIDENCE FOR RENTAL FOR YOUR FAMILY MEETINGS, BETWEEN FRIENDS OR FOR MEETINGS WITH WORK TEAMS.

Live a unique experience in an old inn almost 300 years old! This magnificent residence dating from 1731 is set back from Route 132 in the beautiful region of Trois-Pistoles and Notre-Dame-des-Neiges. Operated as a tourist residence for weekly rentals as well as for long weekends, all year round.

The house is perched on the north side of a hill facing the majestic river, which gives a breathtaking view of the magnificent St. Lawrence, offshore islands and breathtaking sunsets. The house includes, upstairs, four bedrooms in the attic with private bathrooms. On the ground floor is a single bedroom also with its own bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate 12 people. There is also the owner's bedroom which could occasionally be rented out at an additional cost.

The large dining room overlooking the river can easily accommodate 24 people enjoying a good meal, a magnificent living room with library. A fully equipped kitchen allows group cooking. There is also a small dining room with a relaxation area and a small summer kitchen, where you can sip a coffee while watching the rays of the sun make their way through the small forest.

Outside, you can enjoy a 20-acre playground with small forest paths or the edge of two small fields. Without forgetting the rear garden with its century-old apple trees under which you can stroll or along other fruit-bearing shrubs. A small garage is available to store your equipment under cover. A large gallery allows you to enjoy the setting sun on Île aux Basques or contemplate our river, the Razades Islands and on a clear day see the mouth of the Saguenay River.
This ancestral opens its doors to you.

Due to its previous vocation and the high level of quality maintained by the owners, the residence is very well equipped to meet your needs, whether for the dining room, the kitchen or the bedrooms.

From May to October, you can enjoy the many cultural activities offered in Trois-Pistoles and the surrounding area (theatre, festivals, exhibitions, storytelling, etc...). On the outdoor side, the residence is located a few meters from the cycle path, unless you prefer sea kayaking, a visit to Parc du Bic, Île aux Basques or Île Verte, fishing in river or the smelt river on the Trois-Pistoles quay.
In winter, ski enthusiasts can have fun on the cross-country ski trails or at the Mont St-Mathieu ski center located a few kilometers away. In about forty minutes, you can reach Mont St-Mathieu nearby or Mont-Comi near Saint-Gabriel.

Weekly rentals are from Sunday 2:00 p.m. to Saturday 12:00 p.m. and weekend rentals from Friday 2:00 p.m. to Monday 12:00 p.m. On the other hand, this can be modified according to requests and reservations upstream and downstream of the chosen period.
