Located in Ste-Émélie de l'Énergie, just an hour from the Montreal region, come and enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends on this vast 25-acre estate, surrounded by nature and the Rivière Noire. Please note that the domain is shared with other chalets.
This tiny cottage offers stunning views of the valley and river. Pay attention to the sloping ground leading to the river. We do not recommend this place for a family with young children. Outside, you can use the BBQ to prepare your meal while enjoying the fresh air of nature. Maximize your time in nature! This tiny cottage for rent will also give you access to a private 4-season hot tub, so you can relax in a peacefull setting.
The river awaits you, whether to dip your feet in it, or throw a fishing line. It is accessible from several places, as it runs along the land. You can get there on foot, in 2 minutes or in 15 minutes, depending on the trail you take! You can find your ' favorite spot ' along the river! You can bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy a ride on the river.
($) Imagine paddling the river in a kayak or a paddleboard! Boats are available for rent, on request from the owners. You can validate the terms with them after booking.
For a beautiful beach, discover the municipal beach of Sainte-Émélie de l'Énergie, at about a 5-minute drive from the cottage. For golf lovers, the one in St-Jean-de-Matha is also a few minutes away by car. In winter, tube slides are a must! You can also access snowmobile trails directly from the cottage. You may also visit the Val-St-Côme Ski Center during your stay with us.Take advantage of a beautiful winter day outdoors and then come back to relax in front of a wood-burning fireplace*.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The Yukon cottage has a capacity of three people (double bed + futon). You will have everything you need to spend a beautiful stay in the middle of nature, to change your routine for the week! A small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the premises.

To reserve, make sure you have your credit card number on hand. The 1st payment of 50% of the total amount will be charged to your card when booking. The 2nd payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of your arrival.
/OR/ A reservation less than 14 days from the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment, ie 100% of the total amount, upon reservation.
In addition, a security deposit of $500 for a group of less than 10 people and $1000 for a group of more than 10 people or if the maximum capacity of the residence is more than 14 people will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This deposit will be returned to you following your departure if the chalet has been left in good condition.
