Cottage Rental - Lanaudière - Sainte-Émélie-de-l'Énergie
Located in Ste-Émélie de l'Énergie, just an hour from the Montreal area, come and spend pleasant moments on this vast 25-acre estate, surrounded by nature on the banks of the Rivière Noire. Please note that the property is shared with other cottages.
The mini-cottage "Le New Jersey" offers breathtaking views of the valley and the river. Be cautious of the sloping terrain leading to the river. We do not recommend the place for a family with young children. Outside, you can use the BBQ to prepare your meal while enjoying the fresh air of nature. Maximize your time in nature! This rental mini-cottage also gives you access to a private 4-season spa to relax in an enchanting setting.
The river awaits you, whether it's for dipping your feet or casting a fishing line. It is accessible at several points as it runs along the property. You can reach it on foot in 2 minutes or 15 minutes, depending on the trail you take! Find your 'favorite spot'! You can bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy a ride on the river.
For a beautiful equipped beach, go explore, about 5 minutes by car from the cottage, the municipal beach of Sainte-Émélie de l'Énergie. For golf enthusiasts, the St-Jean-de-Matha golf course is also a few minutes away by car.
In winter, tubing is a must! Enjoy a beautiful winter day outdoors and then relax in the spa or in front of an outdoor wood fire*. You can also access snowmobile trails directly from the property. Take the time to burn off some energy at the Val-St-Côme Ski Center during your stay with us.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This rental mini-cottage (240 square feet) accommodates two people (double bed). You will have everything you need to have a beautiful stay in nature, a change from your weekly routine! A small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the space.

Thus, all persons arriving at the chalet must be indicated in the contract. Our rates may also vary from season to season and are subject to change without notice.

To reserve, make sure you have your credit card number on hand. The 1st payment of 50% of the total amount will be charged to your card when booking. The 2nd payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of your arrival.
/OR/ A reservation less than 14 days from the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment, ie 100% of the total amount, upon reservation.
In addition, a security deposit of $500 for a group of less than 10 people and $1000 for a group of more than 10 people or if the maximum capacity of the residence is more than 14 people will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This deposit will be returned to you following your departure if the chalet has been left in good condition.
