Perfectly located between Baie Saint-Paul and Le Massif, L'Escale de la Martine will charm you with its wooded intimacy and soothing atmosphere.
This fully equipped chalet with care and up to date will certainly meet your expectations during a stay with family or friends. With its large windows, a large three-sided fireplace, you can cook a meal or simply relax while admiring the wonderful landscape.
With a capacity of 8 people (3 bedrooms with queen beds and a retractable queen wall bed in the basement), you can take advantage of its large rooms to fully enjoy your stay.
A friendly workspace is also at your disposal. The chalet is equipped with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.
Your children will enjoy the outdoor playhouse designed especially for them in addition to the many games that will appeal to young and old alike.
Whether enjoying a Spa (4 seasons) or an outdoor fire (3 seasons) you will certainly appreciate the wooded decor offered by the chalet.

Prices based on 6 persons. Add 25$ per night per additional person.
Cleaning fees (190$), lodging tax, GST ans QST not included.
A security deposit of 500$ is required.

Booking policy:
20% of the total rental cost is due upon reservation.
The balance is payable 30 days before the start of the stay.
Cancellation policy:
100% refund if the cancellation takes place 60 days before the start of the stay.
If the cancellation takes place between 30 and 60 days, the 20% deposit will be retained by the owner.
In the event of a cancellation received less than 30 days before the start of the rental, all sums collected will be retained by the owner.
Additional rules:
- No smoking in the building. * Please pick up your cigarette butts if you smoke outside.
- No pets are allowed during your stay. *
- No fireworks are allowed. *
* If one of these rules is not respected, a minimum penalty of $ 500 could be imposed and result in the eviction of the tenant from the building.
- Make sure the gas fireplace is closed at night and each time you leave the chalet.
- Appropriate use of the SPA, as indicated in the Travel Guide.
