Lac a la Meule $89,999
Privately owned lot (not a rental)
Our rustic family cottage with many great memories, but now the kids are grown and we never seem to find time for the big renovation. So, we are ready to pass it on.
The cottage has been unused for several years and could either be replaced or renovated to suit your tastes. The 3 season, lakeside wood frame structure was built circa 1950 and has a glassed porch facing the lake. The roof was replaced several years ago to preserve the integrity of the building. It currently has a Pacific Energy wood stove, propane stove & fridge, and propane lights. There are two small bedrooms and a compost toilet. If you have renovation skills, this could make a great family project - and provide many more memories for years to come!
Main cottage 20ft x 30ft
The lot is the reason we bought the property. It is a privately owned lot (not a rental) within the Zec Batiscan which means development is strictly controlled, and motorized boats are prohibited. Tranquility is guaranteed. There is a private and locked entrance shared by the cottage owners on the lake, so only cottage owners have access to the road around Lac a la Meule. In the future this lot will only appreciate, because very few lakeside lots have these features.
49.86m frontage x 62.27m depth (164 ft x 204 ft)
