    Refuge Lavigne

    Hut style log cabin, with slow combustion stove, antique wood stove and 3 propane cooktops, propane fridge, propane lighting. Outdoor propane BBQ.

    Many renovations done in 2017: Asphalte shingles roof and ventilation, new wood fascia and exterior tincture, inside dry back-up toilet.

    Located at approx. 15 minutes from St-Zénon village in Lanaudière area. about 1:45 H from Montréal.

    Without electrical service. but available at +/- 500 feet.

    It is a real log cabin, located in the forest, on the edge of a lake for canoe, boat with 9.9 forces engine and some pontoons. The lake is bigger than that it appear on the photos.

    The toilet is outside but a dry back-up toilet is also installed indoors.

    There is no running water.

    The site is private and perfect for lovers of nature and a homecoming.

    At the lake you have a Japanese bath that can only be used in summer and autumn, because you will have to pump water from the lake manually and start de wood water heater to the bathtub. This is to enjoy a unique moment of relaxation in a ZEN atmosphère. 

    The Land Is on a gouvernement rental for 830$for 2017

    Also avalable a second lot 40 000sq.ft. For 40 000$ That for a  second rent. Buildable lot. 

    There Is no other construction surrouding the property. Only forest And natur.

    The wharf for swimming, a canoe and a motor boat are includ to explore the lake.

    Summer and Fall=fishing,hunting,(permits required), swimming,trail walks or quad rides.

    Winter= Snowmobiling,Snowshoes riding,crosscountry skyiing,winter fisching on the Lake. (subjet to time permisions)

    Access is on a private road about 700 feet from the municipal road.

    Snowmobile and quads federated trails are at 1mile far. (auberge le Cabanon).

  • Located in the Zec des Nymphes. this place is ideal for the resort, (Registration fees required for access to the site are required except in winter) Fishing and hunting rights are mandatory.

    The site is very private. The closest cottage is +/- 1000 feet.

    Although isolated, the road is cleared by the municipality to the private road.

    The ''Auberge Le cabanon'' is located 1.5 km away, where you can eat and gas for Quads and snowmobiles is available.

    There is a convenience store 11 km away, about 11 minutes with gas and some prepared meals.

    The village is about 15 km, in 15 minutes, with groceries and other services.

  • The CITQ is mandated by the Minister of Tourism of Quebec to administer the official classification of seven categories of tourist accommodation establishments. This establishment is visited by the CITQ every 24 months.

    The classifier visits the establishment and, using hundreds of strict and objective criteria, rates:

    • The quality of physical facilities (bedroom, bathroom, common areas, outside, etc.);
    • Its appearance;
    • Its cleanliness.

    The classifier also looks at:

    • Services offered;
    • Certain environmental considerations.
