The wooden house is very comfortable South with windows that warm the house naturally with the sun and reduce heating costs. It has a Jotul convection wood stove that allows you to heat the house more than efficiently in addition to making a central fireplace as well as a luxurious shower and self-wear bath. There is a beautiful fenced vegetable garden, permaculture type at the back of the house, filled with fruit shrubs as well as a small greenhouse.
