Chalet le Graal
Warm cottage on the edge of a beautiful lake in the heart of nature. You will be enchanted by the tranquility, the smell, the view, the beauty, everything is there.
This exceptional site is located in the mountains, in the Appalachian chain. You will have 140 feet of lake edge. The latter, Lac Gosselin, is a head lake and the owners around the lake are enthusiasts of the environment. They take care of it. With the increasing arrival of lake problems in Quebec, they have not hesitated to take the lead and add regulations to preserve this exceptional water quality. It is stocked with trout every year, which helps it to keep a good quality of water. Petrol boats are forbidden, but electric powered boats are allowed.
The land, over 83,000 square feet in size is very well designed to preserve the nature and tranquility. There is a small wood between the path and the cottage, it allows not to hear the passers-by, as much in cars as on foot. In this small wood, there are small paths mowed to walk there. Very small, but nice as anything.
The chalet, built in 2004, was designed to enjoy the cottage with family or friends. Arranged over 4 floors (basement, ground floor, 1st and 2nd), the chalet allows the festivities in the basement without disturbing children or those who want to sleep as the rooms are on the upper floors . The basement, family playground, can accommodate pool table, bar, air hockey or ping-pong table and there would even be room for a foosball table. All that with space for couches. This chalet will allow you to have unforgettable moments with family and friends.
The canopy, a must at this cottage. It's enjoying the outdoors for supper away from the cold that settles at dusk. It is also enjoying meals without limit of hours or time. It's absolutely great!
The rest, come take a tour, come visit you will be packed.
Dishwasher excluded, only window dressing is included. Some furniture could be part of the sale for an amount to be discussed between the parties. (Example, pool table, couch, beds, kitchen set, patio, etc.)
