Our restaured old house is surrounded by the sea not far from the Cabot beach Park, in Malpeque, PEI. It is located at 25 minutes from the Old House of Ann of the Green Gables !
There is 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 with queen size beds. The larger bedroom has a bath and a view on the Atlantic Ocean.
Downstairs, there is a kitchen room with sofas, a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a large dining room for 6, and a living room with a fireplace. The house is located on a pretty and very quiet site with a view all around. There is exteriors terrasses with picnic tables, a charcoal and a fire-box. The house has wi-fi, phone, microwave, toaster, full size fridge with freezer, oven/stove and a washer machine plus all linens and bedding, dishes and cutlery you need. You could go to the beach by car, walk or bike.
The site of 1 ha, include a little chalet for 2-3 persons, a garage and a barn to be finished to restore. Works done: concrete fundation with drains, cedar roofs, new ceramic or wood floors, planchers neufs, murs et plafonds en crépi, insulated chemney 2100C, new stove, etc. (list furnished).
Cabot Provincial Park is a pleasant place with free access to sand beach and hot showers. Swim from June to September in warm water with lifeguards protection. In Malpeque village, you have access to kayaking, fishing, horsing, beautiful golfs courses, foods, fish markets and good restaurants and many cultural events.
