    Penthouse style 3 bedroom condo - description

    A unique view of the majestic Lac Saint-Jean for larger needs or a longer stay, we propose you two newly built penthouses furnished with style and offering a magnificent view of the lake and its islands! Located on the top floor, they are modern, spacious and chic. They offer large windows and a mezzanine with views, quality materials, a modern kitchen and a bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom. The penthouse is perfect for a romantic getaway or family reunion. Activities on site: snowmobile trail, hiking, snowshoeing, fat bike, dog sled nearby), ice fishing and jacuzzi. Can accommodate from 2 to 6 people.
    Restaurant and SPA available a few meters away (ask for more details).
    We have 2 3 bedroom condos on the top floor of available for rent.

  • The condo is at the heart of many activities. People can go by cart on the golf course, from the condo. The private beach is reserved for people from the condos and clients of the Auberge des îles. You can also visit the islands by kayak. The condo is located directly on the Véloroute des bleuets.

    50% of the cost of the rental is required when booking

    50% of the balance of the reservation is payable thirty days before the date of the beginning of the stay

    100% of the cost, when the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the date of the beginning of the stay. A breakage and damage deposit of $ 800 is required to make the booking.


    Depending on the properties, payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.


    Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the rental agency.

    If the cancellation notice is received more than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, the initial deposit will be retained by the landlord as damages. The security deposit for breakage or damage will be returned.

    If cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of stay, all amounts collected will be retained by the landlord as damages, except the security deposit for breakage or damage that will be returned.


    They are based on supply and demand and seasons. They can be changed at any time without notice, especially at Christmas, during Spring Break and Easter.

    Taxes are included.


    The arrival is after 4 pm and departure before noon in all our condos, houses and cottages.

  • The CITQ is mandated by the Minister of Tourism of Quebec to administer the official classification of seven categories of tourist accommodation establishments. This establishment is visited by the CITQ every 24 months.

    The classifier visits the establishment and, using hundreds of strict and objective criteria, rates:

    • The quality of physical facilities (bedroom, bathroom, common areas, outside, etc.);
    • Its appearance;
    • Its cleanliness.

    The classifier also looks at:

    • Services offered;
    • Certain environmental considerations.
