It was in the 1960s that the growing popularity of outdoor recreation contributed to the discovery of the recreational potential of the Monts Valin massif. Cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails winding towards Lac Léon where the first refuge was created.

Taxes for the published rates: Tax on lodging extra
Payment for your stay is made by Interac transfer only.
The 1st payment of 50% of your total stay is due at time of booking to confirm your dates. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival on the premises by Interac transfer. If the reservation is taken less than 30 days before your arrival, the entire invoice is then taken in one payment.
*At the time of booking, you will need to complete our rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy
- If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the planned date of the stay, 100% of the reservation is refunded.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 to 60 days before the scheduled date of the stay, the tenant will be reimbursed the full security deposit but the deposit will be retained by the Lessor as damages.
- If the stay is canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant will not be refunded. Only the security deposit will be refunded.
Note that modifying a stay to reduce the number of nights is subject to the same rule as a complete cancellation.
