Directly on the shores of Lake Otis, the Chalets of Camping Saint-Félix-d'Otis offer you an enchanting, peaceful site with a private beach for swimming, kayaking, paddling, etc.
You will be pleasantly surprised at the magnificent landscape and the most relaxing surroundings. Visit us and see the enchanting location occupied by our chalets, a place where life is good or the outdoors blend admirably with the beauty of nature. The rental of chalets gives you access to all the activities of the campsite which is located a few steps away.
In winter, our site is also accessible by snowmobile from the 83, ice fishing activity and downhill ski centers are less than 20 km from the site.
Note, the chalets at Camping Saint-Félix-d'Otis are ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2-3 young children. Living space is limited for more than 4 people.

Reservation policy and terms CHALETS
To rent an accommodation, you must be at least 21 years old and be present during your stay. Identification may be required upon check-in.
- At the time of booking, you will be charged 35% of the amount before taxes. You can pay the rest upon arrival on our website.
- The balance of your rental will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to the scheduled rental date.
An email will always be sent to you to notify you that a charge will be made to your credit card.
Cottage rates are based on 4 people. Additional persons will be charged $15 per day per person.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required. This amount must be available on a credit card and will be required upon arrival when you pick up the keys. In case of unavailability, this amount must be paid in cash and will be refunded upon departure if no breakage is found at your cottage.

Cancellation policy
- More than 30 days before the beginning of your stay
The deposit is partially refunded, a fee of 10% of the amount of the deposit will be retained as damages.
- Less than 30 days before the beginning of your stay
A cancellation less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay will result in the loss of all sums received so far.
Policy on the whole site
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all our lodging units, patio, washrooms, reception rooms, beach etc. A penalty of $500 will be applied to the credit card on file to any offender.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is tolerated in the accommodations. However, glass containers are prohibited outside, on the trails and on the beaches. For more details, please contact us at 418-697-1617 during our opening hours.
*We reserve the right to intervene in case of excessive consumption of alcohol, harming the experience of other users.
Animals
Animals are prohibited in the entire cottage area, in the cottages as well as in all buildings and the beach. A $500 penalty will be applied to the credit card on file to any violator.
Curfew
In order to maintain a relaxed atmosphere, a curfew of 11:00 p.m. has been established. We ask for your cooperation in respecting the peace and quiet of the premises. Your credit card may be charged for excessive noise, disturbances or other disturbances.
Maintenance
Maintenance of the units is done after the departure of the clients. During your stay, you are responsible for the cleanliness of your accommodation. Towels and other items are not replaced by our staff. You can exchange your towels at the reception during our opening hours.
Visitors
All guests are welcome to have visitors. However, they must pay the entrance fee and respect the rules of the campsite. The rates are 6.09 +tx per adult (20 years and older), 4.35 +tx (13 to 19 years) and 3.04 +tx 6 to 12 years. Children 5 years old and under get in free. They have access to the services (sanitary blocks, beach, playground, etc.) of the campground. Visitors can enter the campground as early as 8:00 am and must leave before 10:00 pm. After 9:00 pm, no new visitors will be accepted on the premises. If clients wish to keep visitors in their cottages, they must pay the amount of $15 per night. In addition, a maximum of 6 people per night is allowed in the cottages.
Damages and inconveniences
By confirming his reservation, the customer accepts responsibility for any damage, any lack of inventory, the number of people declared, for example: unreturned key $ 20, excess person not declared ($ 15 per day per person), damage to the property, unreasonable inconvenience to the neighborhood, etc.. and agrees to pay the extra cleaning and other costs to restore the unit. The customer authorizes the Camping Municipal Saint-Félix-d'Otis to use the credit card on file for the manufacturer the expenses resulting from all damages or inconveniences mentioned in the above paragraph as well as all expenses incurred.
