General booking conditions

Article 1: The reservation becomes effective when the owner has received from the customer a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay. The payment of this deposit is equivalent to the acceptance of the general conditions.

Article 2: Payment of the balance: The balance is paid on arrival at the owner. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash.

Article 3: Cancellation by the customer:

A-If the cancellation occurs before 60 days of the reservation, the deposit is returned to the customer.

B- If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains acquired by the owner

Article 4: Arrival: The client must arrive on the specified day and at the times mentioned on the site.

Article 5: Departures: Departures are made before 10:00 am.

Article 6: Use of the premises: The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to make the cottages in good condition. In the event of damage, the customer undertakes to reimburse the costs incurred.

Article 7: Capacity: The reservation is made for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers, without canceling the reservation.
