The chalet is equipped with satellite television, a radio, a speaker, a patio set, an outdoor fireplace and a propane BBQ.

In addition, we provide you with 2 kayaks with paddle, 1 canvas canoe with oar and 4 safety belts.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Tenant responsible for the contract must be at least twenty-five (25) years old and be present throughout the stay.
2. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required when booking. This deposit is not refundable.
3. The full balance of the rental amount must be paid thirty (30) days before the occupancy date. Unless otherwise specified, payment is automatically made to the same credit card used for the deposit.
4. If reservation is made within thirty (30) days of occupancy date, full payment is required.
5. No cancellations are refundable

SECURITY DEPOSIT 

1. A refundable security deposit is required for each rental. The amount differs from one chalet to another.
2. This amount must be available on a credit card and is required upon the Tenant's arrival when handing over the keys.
3. This amount will be released following the departure of the Tenant if the rental conditions are respected.

REGULATIONS

1. The number of people authorized per chalet indicated at the end of this contract cannot be exceeded at any time.
2. No noise or music will be tolerated, both inside and outside the chalet.
3. It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet.
4. No animals are accepted inside or outside except for the chalet Le fier Chasseur .
5. No trailers are accepted except on the grounds of the chalet Le fier Chasseur .
6. It is forbidden to move the furniture in the chalet.
7. It is also forbidden to move, disconnect or modify the electronic installations included in the chalet.

SPA TERMS OF USE

1. If the chalet is equipped with a spa, there are risks inherent in its use such as: risk of drowning, heat stroke, falling on icy surfaces due to splashes from users. The use of the spa is at the risk and peril of the Tenant.
2. The Tenant must communicate these risks to the other users invited to his chalet.
3. The number of people allowed in the spa is six (6) people at a time.
4. This contract releases the Lessor and its agents from any prejudice caused by the use of the spa.
5. The Lessor excludes its liability for any material damage caused.

PENALTIES

1. Failure to comply with one or more regulations indicated on the rental contract will automatically result in a penalty equivalent to the security deposit. Breakage of any equipment will be charged at cost from the security deposit. In the case of major damage whose value is greater than the security deposit, the balance will be invoiced to the person responsible for the rental.

OTHER PROVISIONS

1. The Landlord cannot be held responsible for any loss or interruption resulting from a power outage, water supply or any other situation beyond its control and force majeure.
2. The Lessor cannot be held responsible for items forgotten or lost in the chalet. Any object found by the Landlord and unclaimed after a period of one month will be donated to charity.
3. The snow removal service for access to the chalet and the various facilities (eg spa) is not included in the rental. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to keep access free and safe at all times during the stay. If necessary, the Lessee may contact the Lessor to request assistance.
4. The Landlord reserves the right to access the rented chalet at any time, without prior warning and without the consent of the Tenant, even if the latter is absent.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Renter understands and accepts the terms and conditions of rental.
2. The Tenant undertakes to ensure that any person present in the chalet has read and understood these rental conditions.
3. By signing, the tenant is responsible for any loss or damage caused by any person present in the chalet he has rented. Upon arrival, the tenant agrees to inform his landlord of any breakage or lack of inventory, under penalty of being held responsible for such breakage or lack and also agrees to reimburse the costs incurred in order to replace or repair, at the discretion of the lessor, any breakage or lack of inventory.
