The house, with a country character on 2 floors, is very warm with its wooden floors. Nothing has been left out to please you. You benefit from all the amenities necessary for your comfort: stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer and all the kitchen accessories necessary for good food! The living room and dining room are open concept. A cable television and an Iinternet access come to decorate the places.
Located 10 minutes from St-Raymond de Portneuf, you can enjoy the many activities nearby in all seasons: swimming, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, golf, and bike paths.

Minimum rental of 31 days and more or season.
Arrival time: 5:00 p.m. (arrangement possible if the house is not rented the day before the rental)
- Departure time: before 11:00 a.m.
- 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking
- Security deposit required at the time of rental will be refunded to you 3 days after your departure after verification of the chalet

A $150 cleaning fee is required regardless of the length of your stay.
For seasonal prices please contact us. A security deposit will be required. Half of the amount is due upon booking and the full amount 1 month before your stay.
50% of the payment on the date of the reservation by email transfer
50% one month before the rental date email transfer or check postdated at the time of signing the contract
A deposit of $500 by email transfer which will be returned to you no later than 3 days after your departure or post-dated check of the date of your departure and which will be destroyed following the inspection of the premises.
