Description
The Panörama is a rustic refuge (tiny-house - 2 floors) that can accommodate 4 people (queen bed and double bed) and part of the Maelström project, located in the middle of the forest on the mountain of Mont Tourbillon in Lac Beauport.
Ideal for nature lovers and sportsmen, you have trails all over the mountain (Mountain bike, fatbike & snowshoe) and Les Sentiers du Moulin (outdoor center) are 2 minutes away.
The relay is fully equipped, furnished and tastefully decorated and its abundant windows will allow you to be in synergy with nature.
You will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, an open concept ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room where the fireplace steals the show ...
Then finally outside there is the gigantic terrace offering a spectacular view of nature, the mountains and even the St. Lawrence River in the distance. You can also enjoy (in summer) a dining area with picnic table and BBQ and a relaxation area with sun loungers. And finally, summer and winter, you can enjoy a fire place on the tip of the land with the splendid panorama that the land offers you.
All this just 30 minutes from Quebec.

Important Notes (for winter) :
- It is strongly recommended to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle or an SUV to access the chalet because of the forest roads in the mountains.
- Winter tires mandatory.
Pricing :
- Taxes (TPS-TVQ) and lodging tax (3.5%) are added to the prices indicated.
- An additional fee of $ 85 + taxes is also charged for cleaning service for your stay.
- The minimum length of stay is 2 nights.
- Prices are for 4 people or less. Strict monitoring of the number of people is applied since it is a mini house and the maximum is really 4 people.
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount (taxes included) is required, by Interac transfer, to guarantee your reservation and block the dates in the calendar.
- The balance (50% remaining) is also payable by Interac transfer 30 days before the arrival date of your stay.
Cancellation policy :
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
- Your deposit will be refunded at 50% if the cancellation is made 30 days or more from the arrival date of the stay.
- No refund will be made for a cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date.
