Any cancellation must be notified in advance to the landlord. The tenant has the option to cancel this lease up to three (3) months before the contractual start of the lease, although the amount paid in advance (deposit) as stipulated herein will not be returned.
If the tenant cancels the lease between 2 to 3 months before the contractual start of the lease, he will have to pay the full rent for the first month and will lose his deposit.
With less than 60 days notice, the entire contract will be required. No cancellation possible.
In the event of a shortened stay by the tenant, the total rental price is fully due to the landlord. This rental cannot be terminated before its expiration unless there is an agreement between the two parties.
